Under its Home Healthcare division, Firstat has the ability to care for any patient in a home setting, regardless of clinical condition or complexity of care, by supplying a broad spectrum of healthcare professionals. The company not only provides Medicare home health services, but also accepts home health patients of virtually every payer source including Commercial and HMO Insurance plans, Managed Care, Workmen’s Compensation, Long Term Care Insurance and Private Pay. In addition to the Home Health division, Firstat has a comprehensive RN Care Management division, that is one of the leading Care Management programs in Florida. And lastly, the Facility Staffing division of Firstat, provides supplemental nurse staffing to all of the major Hospitals in South East Florida.
All of Firstat’s caregivers and nursing personnel are employees, not independent contractors. Employees are licensed, insured and bonded. They receive comprehensive benefits including a 401K retirement plan, worker's compensation insurance, professional liability insurance, excellent health insurance and other benefits.
