First Mining Gold Corp.

First Mining Finance Corp. (TSX-V: FF and OTCQX: FFMGF) is a mineral bank founded by Keith Neumeyer. Our business model is to acquire mineral assets at exceptionally low valuations. We will enhance and hold those assets until they can be monetized at significantly higher valuations. We will add value for our shareholders by entering into agreements with third parties who will move the projects forward while First Mining Finance retains residual interests in the projects. The residual interest may be in the form of royalties, metal streams, minority interests or equity positions in the counterparty that is moving the project forward. Ultimately our goal is to have a number of projects which are generating cash flow for our shareholders which we would remit to our shareholders in the form of a dividend.
