Leadership Acquisition There is no such thing as a “one size fits all” recruitment solution and we have yet to meet a company with only one type of recruitment need. That is why we offer our clients two options to engage our services to acquire their leadership talent. First Executive Search has offices in Toronto and Montreal and we conduct fully retained searches to acquire executive leadership. Our process provides psychometric profiling, a detailed strategic map of the target marketplace, direct recruitment conducted by the Partner leading the search, rigorous candidate assessment and validation and onboarding. radar was founded in 2001 and has offices in Toronto and Montreal. radar conducts non-retained, direct recruitment searches to acquire mid-management, emerging management and administrative talent on a fulltime or interim basis. Leadership Development Developing leadership or professional skills, performance gap assessment and remediation, and new role (external or internal) onboarding are some of the ways people can benefit from a tailored individual development plan (IDP). First Leadership Development works with both the organization and the individual to conduct a detailed needs assessment to identify the specific developmental area. We then customize an IDP to equip the individual with the tools and skills to enable transformational change and expanded capability. Career Transition Founded in 2002, NEXCareer provides a compelling opportunity to make career transition services accessible for every departing employee. Each client is supported by an experienced professional Career Coach to ensure they are provided the resources and tools necessary to attain career success.
