Fincera's founder was the first to introduce commercial vehicle financing to China’s transportation industry in 1994. CeraPay was used to make payment transactions totaling over RMB1.5 billion in March 2016.Launched in November 2014, CeraVest operates in China under the Qingyidai.com brand. From its inception in November 2014 through March 31, 2016, it originated over RMB3.9 billion in loans. Leveraging Fincera's scale and expertise in China's transportation industry, Qingyidai.com currently provides affordable financing options to small businesses at a flat ~8.6% APR. The platform combines extensive offline due diligence and online merchant payment data generated from its affiliated platforms to evaluate and manage credit risk. Having served China's rural areas over the course of the past 20 years, Fincera offers financing to under-served businesses with affordable rates and simple application processes.
