Fina Enerji Holding A.Ş. was established in 2007 as a subsidiary of Turkey’s leading Fiba Group for the development and construction of energy projects and engagement in the wholesale and commercial activities of electricity. As of today, our company maintains its activities with 450 employees. Our company currently has 8 operational wind power plants with a total installed capacity of 302,7 MW and 2 operational solar power plants with a total installed capacity of 6,3 MW. Furthermore, the operations are underway for the investment of 4 new wind power plants with a total capacity of 153,3 MW and 2 new solar power plants with a total capacity of 24 MW. Fina Enerji Holding’s in-house engineering company, Fina Enerji Mühendislik Müteahitlik and Dış Ticaret Montaj ve Servis A.Ş., provides engineering, installation, construction and maintenance services in the context of turnkey services. Fina Enerji also involves in electricity sales, wholesale and cross-border trading with its experienced energy trading company Fina Elektrik Enerjisi İthalat İhracat ve Toptan Satış A.Ş.. In addition to operations in renewable electricity generation, sales and engineering services, Fina Enerji currently runs a greenfield underground mine investment commenced in August 2014 through its coal mining company Polyak Eynez Enerji Üretim Madencilik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.. The company holds mining licenses over a coal resource in the Soma coal basin of Western Turkey. Owning 70% shares of the company, Fina Enerji aims to start the first coal throughput by 2018.
