FCC Group International (USA) Inc. (abbr. FCC) was founded in 1992 in Los Angeles, California, United States. We are an authorized oversea training center appointed by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of P.R. China (SAFEA). Our channel code is 210051. Ever since the birth of FCC, we have dedicated ourselves serving as a bridge between China and the United States, providing training and continuing education for Chinese delegations. Over the years, we have established a strong relationship with numerous government agencies and organizations in both China and the United States. FCC tailors all of our training programs to the specific needs and requirements of delegations from various Chinese government agencies and organizations. For over 20 years, FCC has received thousands of Chinese delegations in the United States. We spend numerous hours strategically plan and prepare the training programs for each and every delegation.
