Farm Bureau Health Plans (FBHP), founded in 1947 as the Tennessee Rural Health Improvement Association, is a proud service company of the Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation. The company’s mission is focused on providing access to the most affordable and highest quality health care coverage available in Tennessee.Our individual and family plan choices include traditional membership plans, short term care and dental/vision coverage. These plans provide access to the largest provider network available. For those 65 and older, we offer Medicare Supplement Plans, Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans and dental/vision coverage. In each of the Farm Bureau’s 195-plus offices, we have a representative available to help you with your health care coverage needs.
