Family Housing Association is an independent social housing provider based in Birmingham. We were formed in 1964 and now provide nearly 2,500 affordable homes for rent and low cost home ownership across the West Midlands.We are more than 'just'​ a landlord. We are committed to investing in creating sustainable communities, improving the health, wealth and happiness of our tenants and local residents. We therefore work closely with our residents and a number of partner organisations to encourage the development of a community where people want to and choose to live.
