FDR supports well-being and permanency for children and families. Our programs, training, and social work practices are designed to meet the needs of children in out-of-home care and the families who care for them. We believe healthy, successful children and families are the cornerstone of Pennsylvania’s future. Family Design Resources works with child and family-serving agencies and professionals who support children and families throughout Pennsylvania. From private social service agencies to public systems for child welfare, education, mental health and juvenile justice, we provide programs, technical assistance and training to help cultivate healthy, supported families in Pennsylvania. Our program focus relates to adoption and permanency, grief and loss, diversity and inclusion, and bullying prevention.
