Since 1884, FCA has impacted the lives of countless Long Islanders. Our not-for-profit health and human services organization is dedicated to serving empowering under-served families while helping them overcome social, economic and public health challenges. Each of our programs are designed to create stronger, more resilient communities across Nassau and Suffolk Counties.Mission Statement:Our mission is to protect and strengthen Long Island’s most vulnerable children, families, seniors, and communities.
