Fairfield Caterers, Inc. owns and operates private event catering venues in Connecticut and New York, with a strong focus on the wedding market. The company has grown from one location in 1989 to five locations today with approximately 500 employees and annual sales approaching $20M. The company’s most recent project – the $10M renovation and expansion of Le Chateau in South Salem, NY – is an example of our commitment to expansion with excellence.
After thirty years in the events business and well over one million guests, the company continues to innovate, keeping our offerings fresh with new menus and the latest ideas in event design. The company also pursues a strong commitment to community and philanthropy by supporting numerous community organizations and providing our facilities, food and staff free of charge to five charitable events every year.
