From the founder of the Discovery Channel comes a company devoted to those who share a passion for learning, a thirst for adventure, and a desire to live surrounded by inspiration. Experius takes an entirely new approach to collecting the very best in life experiences...celebrations of learning, adventure and community. Experius Academy will open in spring 2010, with Experius World Club, and Experius Residential Communities soon to follow, all with an emphasis on: exploring the world first hand through enrichment and adventure travel, through face-to-face encounters with the world’s top experts, and through personal experiences in nature. John Hendricks is the founder and Chairman of both Discovery Communications and Experius, but the companies are not affiliated other than contractual arrangements relating to content licenses and productions.
