Executive Coaches Of Orange County (ECofOC)

The Executive Coaches of Orange County (EC of OC) recruits seasoned executives to volunteer their time as coaches and mentors of nonprofit managers in Orange County, California. Our coaching program pairs one of our volunteers with an interested nonprofit manager to help the manager address whatever issues they would like to discuss with their coach, at no cost to the nonprofit. Coaches meet at least once a month with their mentee. Our 24 coaches are currently coaching 58 nonprofit managers in Orange County. Our Executive Director (ED) Forums are peer-to-peer learning groups of about a dozen EDs who meet monthly to develop solutions to their issues and problems using a unique, proven process that involves the entire group. Each meeting is facilitated by two of our Executive Coaches and meets from 8:15 to noon on the same day each month. For more information, please visit our website. Each year ECofOC awards one of our clients a $2250 grant to further their management education via a program of their choosing. This annual grant is funded by the donations from our volunteer Executive Coaches. ECofOC also publishes a blog (www.ManagingNonprofits.org) with weekly postings of ideas that nonprofit managers and directors can use to enable their nonprofit to do more of their good work in our community.
