About Evangelical Christian Academy
Evangelical Christian Academy (ECA), located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is a distinguished institution dedicated to providing a Christ-centered education for students from Pre-Kindergarten through 12th grade. Established in 1971, ECA has over 45 years of experience in implementing the Classical Christian educational model, which emphasizes the Trivium stages of Grammar, Logic/Dialectic, and Rhetoric. This approach equips students to understand Biblical truth, think critically, and articulate their beliefs persuasively. ECA is committed to academic excellence, offering a robust curriculum complemented by strong programs in the arts and athletics.
The academy is accredited and is a proud member of the Association of Classical and Christian Schools and the Association of Christian Schools International. High school students at ECA have the unique opportunity to earn over 50 college credits through a dual-enrollment partnership with Colorado Christian University, enhancing their educational journey. ECA also supports the Collegium Study Group, which meets three mornings a week to serve Classical Christian homeschool families, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
With a mission to partner with parents and their church, ECA aims to educate, equip, and empower students to pursue their purpose in Christ.
