ESD Joint Venture

ESD is a joint venture between Black & Veatch, Galliford Try and MWH, formed to deliver Scottish Water’s Q&SIV Non Infrastructure Programme from 2015-2021. It is a fully integrated JV, combining the experience, expertise, people and systems of the three partners, to form a single integrated team delivering as ESD. Formed early in 2014, our partners are heavily committed to the water sector, working in Scotland and for Scottish Water. Equally important, the three partners have long standing relationships that together successfully have deliver major projects throughout Europe. Scottish water knows each partner well, as between us we have over 120 years of service to the water industry in Scotland. We are proud and protective of our reputations, relationships and brands and have a history of working together in successful collaborative ventures. With over 75% of our collective business being in joint ventures and alliances, we know what makes a JV work well and how to choose the right partners.
