In 2011, the growing business was acquired by ERIKS through its operating company, Newdell, based in Houston, Texas. During this time, ERIKS began acquiring trusted valve brands with like synergies. Then, in May of 2017, Newdell was dissolved and CNC Flow Control was born, uniting the acquired valve brands under the new company. Soon thereafter, in mid-2018 Canada-based Quantum Supply Ltd was rebranded ERIKS CNC Flow Control.
