The English Language Center (ELC) is an ACCET accredited institution that offers an Intensive English Program, approved by Oklahoma State Regents of Higher Education. It is authorized under federal law to issue I-20s, which are required for F-1 student visas. The mission of the ELC is to deliver research-based, competitively priced language instruction to international students as they prepare for success in a diverse and changing world.
