This early insight and the unstoppable wellness boom has made Melanie one of our most successful female entrepreneurs and endota spa the largest day spa network and wellness provider in the country. Today the business has over 100 locations throughout Australia and employs over 1000 people; 90% of them women. The first day spa on Australia’s Mornington Peninsula, paved the way for a spa treatment to be considered a wellness priority, rather than a simple treat. The peninsula’s beautiful, natural environment was the guiding inspiration.
