THE LARGEST NETWORK OF HOSPITALS IN POLAND EMC Medical Institute is the largest owner of hospitals and outpatient clinics in the Polish private medical services market. Over the last 10 years, from a local hospital in Wroclaw, the Company has developed a network of medical facilities, expanding consistently on Polish territory, as well as abroad. Since 2005, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The capital group currently consists of 10 hospitals and 16 outpatient specialty and primary care clinics. The EMC’s main medical activity is: specialist hospital medicine, hospitalizations in general hospitals and outpatient counselling in the outpatient specialty and primary healthcare clinics. The facilities constituting the EMC network provide services to nearly 1M people residing in the largest provinces of Poland. The development of EMC's network of medical centers is very dynamic. In 2015, further units will have been launched providing medical care to 5% of the Poland’s population (about 2 million people).
