Élevé was incorporated on November 7, 2013. It was founded by Marcel D. Callahan. The idea of this community based organization was created from his personal childhood experiences and knowledge of many underprivileged families having a desire to want a more fulfilling lifestyle for themselves, their families and their peers, yet not being able to break the chain due to limited resources and lack of exposure. His vision of this organization is to grow globally and remain in existence for centuries.
