The Elder Automotive group has recently acquired Romeo Ford and has renamed it Elder Ford of Romeo. Romeo Ford was in business for 34 years. When Mr. Elder passed away in 1983, his wife, Irma Elder, assumed leadership of the company. She was the first woman to own a Ford dealership in Michigan! Her passing nearly four years ago ushered in her son Rob as leader of the family business. Rob Elder is very proud of the family's automotive heritage.
