About El Dorado Hills Fire Department

We are the El Dorado Hills Fire Department and serve the community of El Dorado Hills, CA. We are trained to handle calls in various disciplines such as: structure, wildland, and vehicle fires, advanced medical emergencies, vehicle accidents, rope rescue, hazardous materials management, animal rescue, public assistance, snake removal, water rescue, fire investigations, vehicle lockout, and many more.

Each station is strategically placed in our community to be an integral part of the local area. We offer blood pressure checks, issue door-yard burn permits and offer station tours. All stations are designated as a Safe Place for children and adults that are in danger, as well as Safe Surrender for babies.

In addition to emergency management, we take pride in being involved in multiple community events such as: the Every 15 Minutes Program, Toys for Tots and medical coverage at local football games. Every holiday season, our premier event known as the Santa Run brings Santa, Mrs. Claus and running elves to many neighborhoods collecting Toys for Tots and food for families in need, while spreading cheer and handing out candy canes.
