Founded as Essex Flour and Grain in 1853, the company initially supplied London bakeries by horse and cart. The company now trades as EFG Foodservice with a fleet of modern vans, offering an extensive collection of products, including the Country Range brand, to a customer base that includes care homes, schools and colleges, offices, restaurants, bars and pubs, hotels and hostels.
