Edrington is experiencing global growth and our graduate programme is poised to develop our future leaders. On this two year rotational programme, you’ll have the chance to find out which area of our business suits you best. From The Macallan Business Development & Support, to Regional Power Brands, you’ll work across a range of areas, before specialising in your second year. We’ll also develop your skills through a formal, modular programme that includes leadership, management and IT. The programme follows a ‘70-20-10’ model, giving a well-rounded learning experience. 70% of your time will spent learning on the job, 20% on social learning (though peer coaching and networking) and 10% on formal learning (e.g. technical training and workshops). From day one, you’ll have real projects to manage, plus direct access to the Board and the executive team. Your mentor will act as a guide and by the end of the programme, with our ongoing training and development, you’ll be well on your way to building a long-term career. Working from our global headquarters in central Glasgow, you’ll learn from our industry experts, who are right across the world. Your entrepreneurial, ambitious and committed approach will help you excel. Are you ready to make your name with some of the best known brands in our industry?
