Ecorate, LLC provides a full range of home energy rating and energy audit services for new and existing homes. We are a participating company with Austin Energy performing Energy Conservation and Disclosure (ECAD) energy audits before time-of-sale for existing homes. In the new construction market segment, we perform third party performance testing for City of Austin energy code compliance as well as energy ratings for Energy Star homes and other green building programs. Our staff holds RESNET HERS Rater and BPI Building Analyst Professional certifications, as well as the Certified Thermographer designation from ITC/FLIR Systems related to thermal imaging using infrared cameras.
