Ebenezer Fairview is a not-for-profit senior health care service in Minnesota. Fairview is redefining the delivery of health care through an integrated health network, providing care from prevention and disease management to treatment of the most complex of life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Fairview's mission is to improve the health of the communities we serve.
