Eat The Frog Fitness is much more than another run-of-the-mill fitness center. Founded by professional and semi-professional athletes, we know better than anyone how to deliver safe, results-based, fitness training. Our training system was not science garnered from a textbook but rather from the laboratories of Olympic stadiums, collegiate training centers, and dimly-lit gyms marked with the sweat and tears of passionate athletes. We have taken this knowledge and have brought it to the forefront of small group fitness training. This dominant fitness movement is coming to a city near you in 2017.
