Dunedin Facilities Management Ltd were founded in July 2012 and have offices in Edinburgh and Midlothian. We specialise in providing high quality security and facilities management services across the nation. We hold SIA approved contractor status for the provisions of Door Supervision, Security Guarding and Keyholding services. In addition, our young business has been successful in attaining ISOQAR ‘Certification’ in 3 key areas of business management; namely BSEN ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management), BSEN ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Health and Safety Management). In a relatively short span, DFM Ltd have grown to be the security provider of choice to many of Edinburgh’s most iconic pubs, clubs and places of entertainment. Our prestige business has diversified into other areas of service, including the provisions of site security, cleaning services and events management. We are constantly innovating and developing strong partnerships with technology providers whose advanced CCTV and RDT systems bring ‘state of the art ‘ protection to our clients property. This combined with our own rapid mobile response services provides reliability and reassurance to all of our clients and their estates.
