Drake and Scull

Drake & Scull FM a division of Tsebo Holdings and Operations (Pty) Ltd was established in 1996 as a joint venture between EMCOR Drake & Scull UK and the Tsebo Outsourcing Group (formerly known as the Fedics Group) and has since grown into one of the largest Facilities Management organizations in South Africa. In 2003, Drake & Scull FM embarked on a transformation process that culminated in 100% ownership by the black empowered Tsebo Outsourcing Group at the end of 2004. This is a demonstration of the company's commitment to the economic empowerment objectives of the new South Africa. The 89% PDI employment, with 50% at executive level, also demonstrates Drake & Scull FM's identity as a fully participative member of the corporate South Africa at grass root level.
