Do The Ton is the rebel yell of the 50’s & 60’s British Rocker youth that encompassed a brotherhood culture of black leather, coffee and motorcycles, obsessed with reaching 100mph on their home made street bikes. Do The Ton.com echoes that culture of past, through a global community of over 9000+ builders and riders, all obsessed with the transformation of old neglected motorcycles into café racer street machines reminiscent of the 50’s and 60’s . Co-Founders Noel Ocol & Tim Aysan started the forum in 2007 as a means to communicate rides, get-togethers and build ideas to the local Toronto community of builders, riders and other enthusiasts. The “Do The Ton” camaraderie had grown exponentially over the years and has evolved into vast global network of technical resources and expertise supporting to the Do-It-Yourself custom build motorcycle industry. The Do The Ton team have been involved as consultants in many Television Broadcast, Movie and Print Media projects as well as project managers for build projects, custom design and trade shows. To this day, and despite its unforeseen success in the professional services area, Do The Ton maintains its original function as a technical resource, a support network for members and the reference point for anyone obsessed with building, riding and maintaining their own vintage motorcycle.
