We have professional staff of 75 including medical case managers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, speech language pathologists, vocational specialists, certified kinesiologists, rehabilitation therapists, behavioural rehabilitation therapists, job coaches, social workers, consulting psychologists, and claims management consultants with offices in London, Kitchener-Waterloo, Windsor and Kingston. Our Specialty Programs include QuickCare, QuickLink, Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP), AccessAbility, Vocational Placement Program (VPP) All customers are of the utmost importance to DMARehability. Through our unique Service Improvement Request (SIR) system our Quality Assurance Manager addresses all Customer Inquiries within 24 hours of receipt. Our SIR system is unique in that the results are communicated throughout the entire company ensuring that all personnel help us achieve our primary goal of continual improvement and customer satisfaction.
