Discovery Land Services (DLS), originally founded as Rocky Mountain Hydrocarbon in 2010, is a Denver-based land services company focusing on the Western United States. Clients range from multi-billion dollar exploration and production companies to small companies purchasing mineral interests. DLS works closely with clients to formulate a business model to fit their individual needs and budget.

DLS has a wide variety of title experience, from analyzing complex mineral and working interest title to large commercial and residential subdivisions. On every project, DLS deploys the best contract staff and carefully tracks performance to mitigate waste and to ensure clients receive unparalleled service. No company can afford to spend a penny unnecessarily, especially on inefficient land work. DLS executes work orders involving twenty or thirty landmen with the same care and attention as we do work orders involving one or two landmen. DLS constantly reevaluates processes to maximize efficiency and deliver a superior product.
