Disability Outreach partners with Medicaid MCOs to facilitate successful SSI applications for members with disabilities. We are committed to the well-being of individuals struggling with disabilities and the Medicaid MCOs who support them. By helping maintain the fiscal health of our partner organizations, we ensure that they are able to continue providing comprehensive care to the individuals to whom they are dedicated.When Disability Outreach secures the increased capitation rate for members with disabilities, we help plans manage financial risk and offer an important social service that fosters positive relationships with members. Our Disability Advocates provide expert, empathetic advocacy that results in high engagement rates, successful disability applications, and strong partnerships with our clients.
