Digitron Semiconductors is a broad-line supplier of high-reliability discrete products to military, aerospace, industrial and commercial markets. Digitron semiconductor devices protect circuits, amplify and condition signals, produce, distribute, convert and regulate power.

Product line includes Hi-Rel diodes - Zener diodes, Rectifiers, Silicon Controlled rectifiers (SCR), Transient Voltage Suppressors, Thyristors, Stabistors, Varistors, Reference diodes, Current Limiting diodes (CLD), Signal diodes (PIN) - as well as Hi-Rel transistors – Darlington, Germanium, Dual, Quad, JFET, MOSFET, Power, RF and NPN PNP complimentary.

Digitron offers a large variety of hermetically sealed glass, ceramic and metal packages as well as non-hermetic plastic packages in axial, through-hole and surface mount configurations. Products are available as RoHS compliant (PB free) and as Non-RoHS (Sn/Pb) variants.

All Digitron products are available as commercial or HR (High Reliability, Military level equivalent) as per the following:
