Since its inception it has vowed to become one of the leading Yarn & Fabric manufacturing industries and produce only quality products catering to the global textile market .The administrative organ of DRTPL is always committed in serving to the interests of the betterment of the organisation and to increase the corporate value for the entire business.Even though we invest in modern technology machines and superior quality raw material, right work methods makes the product consistently perfect. We take care of the work methods of our workers by training them in a proper channel. We use the proven and scientific methods to impart training to the workers. Our core value is to show the improvement in work method and culture of workers by using soft skills. Also they were trained to core to conduct training to the others. We also depute observers for monitoring the training and trainers in view of improvement in the methodology of training.
