Desmer was founded in 2004 and started giving HR and Payroll services for Metis Holding group companies. In 2009 a new quality oriented call center location was built with high technology in Kayseri’s İncesu region and added call center services to its portfolio. As being the first and the unique call center that located in a county in Turkey, with more than 30 million TL revenue, it provides employment to more than 1.500 employees.
