Denver Transit Partners (DTP), the Regional Transportation District (RTD) selected concessionaire for the Eagle P3 Project, is comprised of a partnership between Fluor Enterprises, Inc. (a unit of Fluor Corp.); Denver Rail (Eagle) Holdings, Inc., a unit of John Laing plc; and Aberdeen Infrastructure Investments (No 4) USA LLC, a unit of Aberdeen Global Infrastructure Partners LP. Other team members include: Balfour Beatty Rail Inc., ACI, Ames Construction and HDR. Eagle P3 is a public-private partnership comprised of RTD's University of Colorado A Line, Gold (G) Line, Commuter Rail Maintenance Facility and Northwest Rail (B) Line Westminster segment. The total 36 miles of new commuter rail lines are scheduled to open one at a time in sequence in 2016.
