Delta Education Trust is a Multi Academies Trust that was formed in the academic year 2014 -15 around The Quay School, an Ofsted 'Outstanding' Academy based in Poole, Dorset. We have since sponsored Coppice Spring Special School in Hampshire, a rapidly improving school that joined us at the beginning of the present academic year. In 2015, The Quay School was designated a National Teaching School, to enable the development and implementation of innovative working practices alongside our regional partners to improve the quality of education for all children in Poole. The CEO of the Delta Education Trust is Jo Perry. The Quay School's most recent Ofsted report described her leadership as "inspirational" and in she was designated a National Leader of Education (NLE) in 2015. We aim to provide high-quality education that meets the needs of every pupil, especially the most vulnerable, by blending innovation with existing best practice. We find and develop outstanding staff who are committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils. We believe that the wellbeing of pupils and staff is key to their successful futures. Our vision can be distilled into three key principles: Turning Around Lives. Creating Opportunities. Building Futures.
