This year marks 37 years of Delnor providing expert commercial construction services across Alberta. What started as a company launched by two high school friends is now a company executing more than $210 Million and over 300+ projects annually, while consistently ranking as one of Canada's Best Managed Companies and Canada’s Top 40 Contractors.Delnor’s success comes through the diverse markets we serve, as our model is focused on the lifecycle of Albertan’s. We are involved in commercial construction in a wide range of sectors, including health & welfare, education & research, housing, offices, recreation, support infrastructure, and worship facilities. We meet all of the needs of Albertan's from building where they work and play to where they receive care. Contracting a large variety of projects, Delnor employs a significant amount of long-term staff and have earned a sterling reputation for outstanding integrity in dealing with both clients and sub-trades.
