Founded in 2010 by French restaurateur Olivier Bendel, DHM burst onto Singapore’s F&B scene in September 2010 with Parisian Steak and Fries Bistro L’Entrecôte.
ABOUT OLIVIER BENDEL
Olivier graduated from Lausanne Hotel School in Switzerland and worked in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years all over the globe. He decided to settle in Singapore in 2009 with his family, making Singapore his new home. Wishing to pursue his dream of creating restaurant concepts in Asia, Olivier founded DHM in 2010, and has greatly contributing to the vibrancy of the Singapore dining landscape. Olivier was awarded Tourism Entrepreneur 2013 by the Singapore Tourism Board.
Currently, DHM has 9 restaurants placed in the most strategic and convenient locations in Singapore. With a good mix of French (L'Entrecôte), Spanish (Sabio Tapas Bar), Italian (Forlino) and most recently opened The Bucket List Bar (a beer & sports bar), DHM has something to offer for everyone.
Acting as an external consultancy and restaurant manager, DHM is open to other consultancy opportunities.
Franchising is also possible if you are interested to bring our concepts into other markets.
