De Anza Community College Facility Management Program

De Anza's Facility and Sustainable Building Management (FSBM) program continues to show strong growth. Our AS Degree was approved and accredited by the California Community College Chancellor's office in September 2017. Our first full group of FSBM students graduated in June 2019 and have found FM related jobs within 3 months of graduation. In the Santa Clara County region, there are 30 Facility Management job openings for every one qualified candidate. A well-paying career is already waiting for you! Employers hiring our graduates tell us they're very well prepared. Our educational focus on Sustainable Building is a differentiating factor that positions our graduates with a much deeper understanding of the built environment than other candidates. Our Curriculum and Degree were vetted by our FM Program Advisory Committee consisting of industry and educational institution experts including the IFMA Foundation. Our FM Associate Degree is the only one in California recognized in IFMA's Academic Registry of degree programs. We have a strong track record of students finding well-paying careers after graduating with us. Our interdisciplinary curriculum addresses all 11 of IFMA's "Core Competencies". We also offer schedule flexibility and affordability. We offer classes online and on campus every academic quarter including the Summer session to keep you on track.
