Established in 2006, Danone Egypt is a subsidiary of Danone, the leading global food and beverage company. Danone Egypt is a company of over 1,500 passionate people energized by our mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible. We are proud to make a positive contribution to Egypt with great tasting, healthy and top quality products for infants, children and their parents; and services which support healthy lifestyles for all Egyptians. Through our efforts, we aim to fulfill our purpose of "Nourishing a Healthier, Happier Egypt".Danone Egypt has two plants: one in Obour, which produces fresh dairy products and the other in Damietta, which produces cheese, in addition to a world class dairy farm in Nubariya, the second largest in Egypt, which produces the highest quality milk used in the production of our products. Danone Egypt is comprised of two main divisions: Fresh Dairy Products including: Danone Yoghurt, Danette, Activia, Dango and Halayeb Cheese; and Early Life Nutrition including the infant formulas of Bebelac and Aptamil.
