Daniels Western Meat Packers, Inc. was founded by Daniel Santos in 1953. What began as a small butcher shop in Pico Rivera, CA grew into the respected processor, distributor and trusted business it is today. Daniels Meat is one of the largest wholesale food distribution companies in Southern California. Daniel Santos’ son, Al Santos, along with his wife, Barbara, and two daughters, Lisa and Jackie, run the company today. They continue the family traditions and values the company was built upon.Daniels Western Meat Packers is not only a full service, USDA inspected in-house plant with multiple HACCP certified employees, but also is a distribution company. This gives Daniels Western Meat Packers the capability to portion any product to a customer’s specifications, and react to any market fluctuation.
