Damian Dining

Damian Dining is a Charlotte-based Restaurant Group headed by Paul Manley and Andrew Chapman. After operating as a restaurant consulting firm for many years (clients include Pearlz Oyster Bar, Darryl's Wood Fired Grill, and Flying Fish Public Marketing among others), Damian Dining is now focused on developing its own restaurants in Charlotte and beyond. It is currently home to two sustainable seafood concepts - Sea Level NC in Uptown Charlotte and the newly opened Waterman Fish Bar in the rapidly developing Southend neighborhood. Sea Level NC, which opened in 2016, has been awarded many accolades including Best Seafood 2016, 2017, and 2018 by Charlotte Magazine and has garnered national attention from publications like USA Today and Garden & Gun. The Waterman, newly opened as of October 2018, is making big waves already. It was included among Charlotte Agenda's "Best 17 New Restaurants" and Charlotte Magazine's "6 Best Seafood Spots in Charlotte" List.
