We deliver Inbound/Outbound Customer Service, Data Collection for Market Research, Tech and Sales Support, Web Support, Email Support, and Debt Collection Services. Our new 500 seat call center facility opened in Q4 2013 in Rockford, Illinois. Our expanded onshore presence ensures accent neutral professionals that take pride in delivering quality voice services. The center is a shared facility with our commonly owned affiliate, Vision Financial Corp. CustomerSpeak operates dedicated projects within a larger overall space with configurable expansion to 650 seats. • Our agents have Midwestern values, are friendly and professional, with neutral accents. • Clients in sensitive industries, or companies that require work remain inside the mainland USA, now have expanded options and opportunities for growth. We are really proud to have expanded our service offerings this year. Along with our expertise in Market Research, we are excited that Customer Service is now a core component of our business model.
