The Customer Centric Leadership Initiative promotes thought leadership and ongoing inquiry among scholars, business leaders, and regulators. It focuses on education, research, and outreach that addresses the challenges for marketing and customer engagement in an omnichannel, transparent, and hyper-connected marketplace.Andy Murray is the Founder and Executive Chair of the CCLI. He is a highly accomplished senior executive leader with broad experience across marketing, creativity, retail, and customer organizations. His more than 30 years of experience includes leadership roles across Retail & CPG (Walmart, P&G), start-ups (Mercury 11, Saatchi X) and internationally (Asda U.K.). He is also a lifetime Honorary Board member of the University of Arkansas's Center for Retail Excellence, where he helped develop the Center's presence and Innovation conferences. He was inducted into the Shopper Marketing Hall of Fame in 2013 for his pioneering work in developing best practices and industry leadership in the emerging field of Shopper Marketing.
