Creators of the Outside World (CROWD) is a young and innovative organisation that is involved in designing the public space. CROWD aims to make a conscious contribution to the living environment of people with developing products by their companies VelopA, Cyclepods and IJslander. Quality products that are functional, beautifully designed, sustainable and safe. All to encourage people to go outside and with the mission to be a full circular company within ten years. The following companies work together:VelopA BV, 55 employees and located in Leiderdorp, with branches also in Belgium and Germany, develops street furniture, cycle parking systems, shelters and sports solutions for municipalities, architects, schools, building and leisure companies. Cyclepods, 20 employees and located in Westerham (UK), is the market leader in innovative cycle parking systems and lockable shelters. IJslander, 35 employees and located in Oldebroek, produces stainless steel play and sports products and, also has their own production facility.
