CriticalControl Solutions was founded in 2000 and under the leadership of founder Alykhan Mamdani, a Calgary, Alberta based entrepreneur, became Canada's leader in Business Process Outsourcing and Automation with offices and clients across Canada. Our clients included the Federal government of Canada, most of the Canadian Provinces, major hospitals, municipalities and most of the Canadian Banks. Major accomplishments included taking over major Service Alberta functions on an outsourced basis for over 14 years and rebuilt numerous processes using technology - improving security and turn around time for Vital Statistics, Motor Vehicles and Land Titles. During the first half of 2015, the business of CriticalControl Solutions was acquired by Consentia in Western Canada and SpacesaverCCS in Eastern Canada.
