About Crill Canavan
Carl specialises in investment funds and trusts.
He joined Crill Canavan in September 2006 having previously worked for the UK law firm Thomas Eggar. Since joining the firm Carl has been admitted as a Jersey Advocate.
Carl converted to law after graduating with a degree in Philosophy. He was called to the English Bar in 1998 before becoming an English solicitor in 2001.
He is ATT tax qualified and is the ATT members’ representative on the Committee of the Jersey Branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT).
Carl is also a member of both the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Legal and Technical Committee of the Jersey Funds Association (JFA).
