Crerar Hotels is a privately owned business with a commitment to authentic hospitality. The company strives to deliver a ‘heart and soul’ approach to business, with a strong focus on social responsibility.Crerar’s portfolio includes five 3 and 4 star hotels and two 4 star inns. Each of the seven properties in the portfolio has its own personality, inspired by its location and history. One reason guests visit the hotels is for their stunning destinations across northern Scotland, including Nairn beach, the banks of Loch Fyne and in the Cairngorms National Park. Great food is another key aspect of the guest experience at Crerar Hotels. Tempting menus have an emphasis on local ingredients and Scotland’s natural larder, such as seafood, Highland beef, and game. Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa and Golf View each hold an AA Rosette, and Thainstone House has been awarded a 2AA Rosette. CEO Paddy Crerar is also a Trustee for Hospitality Industry Trust Scotland.In April 2020 Crerar Hotels launched ‘Scottish Hospitality for Heroes’ - an initiative to thank NHS and care workers for their efforts during the COVID-19 crisis. The campaign includes three key initiatives which will give these heroes an opportunity to experience the true “Spirit of Scotland” through Crerar’s hospitality and outstanding locations.
